Immune‑Boosting Greek Style Garlic Lemon Chicken with Butternut Squash Recipe

6‑Ingredient Immune‑Boosting Garlic Lemon Chicken  Real food, real nutrients — perfect for cold season!


Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces | 3 - 4

  • Squash | 1 cup

  • Fresh garlic | 2-3 cloves, minced

  • Oregano | 1 heaped tsp

  • Lemon | half

  • Olive oil | 2 - 3 tbsp

  • Salt + pepper to taste


Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (200°C).

  2. Marinate chicken pieces with salt/pepper, crushed garlic, lemon, and a hint of olive oil for ½ hour or more if you have time 

  3. Heat pan on stove, add a tbsp of olive oil, when hot, add marinated chicken pieces, cook for 3-4 mins on each side or till lightly browned. 

  4. On a baking tray, lined with a foil, arrange the chicken pieces.

  5. Add cubed butternut squash after 15 minutes around chicken pieces

  6. Cook for 25-30 mins (total time) or until done
