I am so excited to start my 'Mindful Blog'

This is a big step for me! I have been thinking about this for a long time and now is the time to share my philosophy, my ideas and the lessons I learned in life, with you all.

And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.’


I love the above quote, which is been attributed to many authors like Buddha, Frank Outlaw! The important thing is to understand the message rightly. There is so much to learn about this, I will break it up for you all to understand it fully in my future posts. For now, I like to talk about my upcoming blog and what I like to achieve.

My biggest take from this blog will be to spread:

  2. Ability to Self Reflect

  3. Ability to Empower Self

  4. Bring Peace & Happiness in their lives

As with any other learning curve, you'll be able to achieve all of the above, if you learn, understand and apply the knowledge

The Mindful Cooking Club will provide you with the knowledge of healthy cooking

at home, from basic to advance cooking


4. Tip of the Day

Tip of the day, will have some small nuggets to make life easy!
