I am so excited to start my 'Mindful Blog'

This is a significant milestone for me! I have been contemplating this for quite a while, and now is the moment to share my philosophy, my thoughts, and the life lessons I've learned with all of you.



Do you believe that thoughts can create your destiny?

Yes, they do!


“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.

Watch your words, for they become actions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Watch your habits, for they become your character.

And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.’


I adore the quote mentioned earlier, often credited to various authors such as Buddha and Frank Outlaw. The key is to grasp the message correctly. There's a lot to explore about this, and I'll dissect it for you in my future posts so you can fully comprehend it. For now, I'd like to discuss my upcoming blog and the goals I aim to achieve with it.

The main takeaway from this blog for me is to share:

  1. Awareness,

  2. Ability to Self-Reflect

  3. Ability to Empower-Self

  4. Bring Peace & Happiness in individual lives

Like any learning process, you can accomplish all of the above by learning, understanding, and applying the knowledge.
