What is included in the program:

  • 4 Modules in total, first week will be the foundational, following 3 weeks will be the extension of the foundations that were laid in the beginning

  • Each module will have a knowledge base learning, an activity base learning

  • Strategies to implement and accountability 

  • Action based learning is through worksheets, presentations/videos

  • A weekly meal plan especially for your caloric and macro needs

  • Each Module will automatically open once you are done with all the activities in the previous module

  • A weekly check-In with the dietitian (30 minutes call), reviewing/refreshing what is working and what needs to be adjusted
